Returns Policy |

Palisade Cycling's primary goal is to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt & we'll happily arrange replacement or refund (less the cost of reshipment if returned item outside of Australia).

To return an item:

- The returned items must be unused & complete, with all original tags & packaging.

- All items should be unwashed & in as-new condition suitable for re-sale.

- Item's purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns purchased through Palisade's online store. To return items purchased through our retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange your return.

Faulty Goods |

Palisade makes every effort to ensure the upmost quality & longevity of our products. Manufacturing faults can occur on rare occasions. If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault please get in touch at hello@palisadecycling.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note - Items damaged from excessive wear or usage do not constitute faulty goods.

Palisade has a 12-month warranty period from purchase date of goods.
